Calmac Metal Finishers Ltd are situated on an easily accessible industrial estate in Gosport. The range of metal finishings is varied and well managed. All work is carried out by experienced specialists to British standards code of practice, and working towards BS5750. Collection and delivery services are available.

SHOTBLASTING PROCESS
The blasting room is 6m long x 3m wide x 2.5m high with abrasive recovery system and dust extraction unit. The standard abrasive material being used is chilled iron grit.
METAL SPRAYING PROCESS
The spraying booth is 6m long x 3m wide x 2.5m high, being of a water wash system and can be adapted to accept long lengths of steel extrusion. The standard material being applied is zinc and aluminium to BS2569 Pt 1.
BEAD BLASTING PROCESS
The blast room is 6m long x 3m wide x 2.5m high with dust extraction system. The standard abrasive materials being used is glass bead and aluminium oxide.
PAINT SPRAYING PROCESS
The spray booth is 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high, being of a water wash system. Paint is applied wet with airless and conventional spray equipment.
ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING PROCESS
The spray booth is 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high with extraction system. The curing oven is 4mtrs long 2.5m wide x 2.5 high .The Maywick Auto / Line System is designed for high volume batch work, and can coat items up to 6mtrs maximum length.
VAPOUR DEGREASING PROCESS
The tank is 2.0 m long x 1m wide x 1.5m deep with extraction system.
PLASTIC COATING PROCESS
Electrostatic System (Preheat and coat). A varied selection of colour finishes available.
VAQUA WET BLAST MACHINE
The blast cabinet is 1m cubed with rotary table. The standard abrasive material being used is glass bead for stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
